We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with intact labels.

• Products must be free of oil, grease, or physical alterations.

Please note: Items categorized as custom orders or discontinued stock are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, product SKU, and a brief description of the issue.

2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorization.

3. Items must be returned with a valid tracking number within 7 business days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refund confirmation will be sent via email.

If the product is found to have been used or altered in a way that violates our return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
