Once your order is placed and successfully paid, our fulfillment team begins processing within 1–3 business days. During this period, we verify the order details, inspect the product for quality assurance, and prepare secure packaging for shipment.

All products are checked against our warehouse records for stock accuracy and mechanical integrity before dispatch. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable or requires additional handling time, we will contact you immediately to discuss replacement or delayed shipment options.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times depend on your location, the selected product type, and logistics carrier. Typical estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, Canada, and Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Asia (including Japan, Korea, Singapore): 5–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Torqizo strives to keep shipping rates transparent and affordable.
Our standard policy is as follows:

  • Free Standard Shipping on most orders over $49 USD (automatically applied at checkout).

  • For orders below this threshold, a small flat-rate shipping fee may apply based on destination and product weight.

  • Oversized or heavy-lift equipment (such as 3–5 ton hydraulic jacks) may require special freight handling, which will be calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customers will always see the total shipping cost and estimated delivery time before completing payment.

4. Tracking and Updates

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link.

You can monitor your shipment directly through the “My Account → Orders” section at https://torqizo.shop/my-account/orders/ or via the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after the package has been dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown during checkout.

Torqizo cannot control or predict such charges, but we will ensure that customs documentation and invoices are properly completed to minimize clearance delays.

6. Packaging and Handling

All Torqizo products are packed with industrial-grade protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Heavy or hydraulic items are reinforced with foam support, impact-resistant wrapping, and durable outer cartons to prevent damage during transit.

If your product includes multiple components (such as a hydraulic jack with accessories), it may be shipped in more than one package. Tracking information will be provided for each package.

We encourage customers to inspect their parcels upon delivery. If the packaging shows visible damage, please refuse the package or take detailed photos before opening and contact our support team immediately for resolution.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional reshipping fees.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Torqizo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address information submitted at checkout.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed, misrouted, or lost in transit. If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses depending on stock availability.
This means you may receive items from the same order separately, each with its own tracking number.

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they are processed for shipment. Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, changes can no longer be made.
